Your first visit

Create one account. Confirm your email. Find your stage.

  1. Choose Create account if you are new, or Sign in if you already have an account.
  2. Enter your display name, a real email address you can access, and a password of at least eight characters. Use your existing account rather than creating another.
  3. Check your inbox for the confirmation email and follow its link before signing in. Check spam if it does not arrive.
  4. After signing in, open Your stage in the header to reach your private space. Use the password-reset option if you cannot sign in.

Never share your password or confirmation link. A tutorial never needs either.

Share an idea

Turn something that worked into something others can try.

  1. Browse the Idea Exchange to see what other members are sharing.
  2. Sign in to reveal the posting form.
  3. Write a short title in One loud sentence, then explain what you tried, what worked, and what you learned.
  4. Choose the relevant options in the form and select Post to the exchange. Review any language warning and edit the flagged wording before trying again.

Keep posts appropriate for a school community and avoid sharing students’ private information.

Find your circle

Find a smaller community around your interests.

  1. Browse Lead Circles or use Search circles to narrow the list.
  2. Sign in, then select Join circle on the circle you want.
  3. Select the circle name to open its discussion space.
  4. Read the conversation before contributing. Use Leave circle if you no longer want to be a member.

Joining a circle and opening its conversation are separate actions.

Read with Book Club

Follow the featured book and the weekly reading schedule.

  1. Start with the featured book to see its title, authors, and details.
  2. Review Reading schedule for the weekly reading plan and discussion prompts.
  3. Sign in to track your reading and access community book picks and the Loud lines wall.
  4. Explore More from our authors or the author pages for your next read.

Book Club helps organize your reading; it does not provide the full text of the book.

Join Lead Loud Teleparty

Watch together while your admin runs the room.

  1. Get the room name or invite link from your admin. Everyone must use the same room.
  2. Enter the room name and your display name, then join the room.
  3. Wait for the admin to load the video and start playback. Only admins can load, play, pause, or sync the video.
  4. Select Tap for sound if the video starts muted. Type in the chat and select Send to join the conversation.

Hulu and Prime Video are not supported. Some YouTube videos prohibit embedded playback; the admin must choose another supported video.

Use Loud Coach

Prepare for a conversation, negotiation, or next career move.

  1. Open the Career Power Center and scroll to Loud Coach.
  2. Choose the coaching mode that fits your situation.
  3. Describe your goal and the context without including confidential student or colleague information.
  4. Review the response and adapt it to your own voice. The Script Pack on this page is also free to read.

AI advice can be mistaken. Review suggestions before acting; job-board browsing and mentor matching are not currently available.

Request a speaker

Send your event details to the Lead Loudly team.

  1. Explore the speakers and open a profile to learn more about their work.
  2. Use the booking inquiry form and enter your name and an email where the team can reach you.
  3. Provide your organization, event details, proposed date, format, topic, and message.
  4. Submit once and wait for confirmation. The inquiry is sent to Alaina; it is a request, not a confirmed booking.

If your date is flexible, explain your possible dates in the message.

Keep Lead Loudly handy

Open the site from a QR code or your home screen.

  1. Open the scan page to find the Lead Loudly QR code and installation help.
  2. Scan the QR code with another device’s camera to open the site there.
  3. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and Add to Home Screen. On supported Android browsers, use Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. Open the new home-screen icon to return to Lead Loudly. Sign in when prompted.

Installation options depend on your browser. You can always use a browser bookmark instead.

A few things to know

Walkthroughs do not submit forms, create accounts, post messages, or change your settings. You stay in control; use Next and Back, or close the tour at any time.

Already signed in? Skip the account lesson. A walkthrough may describe a sign-in step or a control that only appears after joining a room or circle.

Video not playing? Check the room name, wait for your admin, and try Tap for sound. A restricted YouTube video needs a different link; Hulu and Prime cannot play here.
